NEO Finance to invest a portion of the funds from the Provision fund to consumer credits

In attempt to continuously improve the quality of its services, NEO Finance is introducing one more novelty to its investors.

In order to manage the NEO Finance cash flows more effectively, as well as increase the liquidity of consumer credits, the company will start investing a portion of the funds from the Provision fund to consumer credits present on the market.

From now on, the funds of the Provision fund will be divided into two parts:
(i) Funds to be invested in the consumer credits.
(ii) Residual funds, which we call a “cash buffer”.

Statistics on the change of the funds of Provision fund, seen on the bottom the page www.neofinance.com/en/statistics, will now be represented as a two-fold graph:
(i) Funds to be invested in the consumer credits.
(ii) Residual funds, which we call a “cash buffer”.

IMPORTANT:
/ Investing in NEO Finance will not change for any investor using the Provision fund service.
/ As before, NEO Finance will cover the payments of the default loans.
/ Also, NEO Finance will continue to guarantee investments covered by Provision fund with all company’s assets, this way enabling investors to minimise their investment risk.

The practice will come into place on the 1st of August, 2019.
